This study provides and in depth analysis of the patterns and contribution of FDI flows in three Caribbean countries.
It also examines the extent to which Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Codes of Conduct are effective mechanisms for enhancing the benefits of FDI and looks at the feasibility of the implementation of a Regional Code of Conduct to ensure good corporate governance in the Caribbean.
